Developing the children's ministry leader your church needs.

  • Many churches can’t find qualified leaders to interview, let alone hire. Meanwhile, the cultural and spiritual pressures on kids have never been greater. Instead of relying solely on outside hires or placing untrained volunteers into critical roles, the Children’s Ministry Pathway (CMP) helps you identify and develop leaders from within your own congregation. Leaders who already carry the DNA of your church, who love your kids, and who are called to ministry, even if they haven’t fully stepped into it yet.

CMP equips these leaders forming them spiritually, relationally, and practically for long-term, sustainable ministry.

One retreat. One year.A lifetime of ministry.
